Me.

Practice

I make paintings and sculptural works that bring classical light into collision with contemporary iconography. My work draws from pop surrealism, symbolic still life, luxury culture, commercial imagery, and the emotional residue carried by familiar objects.

Using layered acrylic technique, glazing, and material experimentation, I build images that feel theatrical, seductive, and unstable at once. Roses, cigarettes, crystal, toys, animal forms, and branded objects become carriers of memory, appetite, status, humor, and decay.

I am interested in the way beauty can function as both invitation and disguise. The work often sits at the threshold between reverence and critique, intimacy and performance, ornament and omen. Whether on canvas, panel, cardboard, bead surface, or sculptural form, I want the finished piece to feel visually immediate but psychologically unresolved.

Technically classical.

Conceptually pop.

Unmistakably contemporary.
